A cooker is available to prepare three meals a day.

Accommodation rates
Accommodation rates for the villa are quoted in Euros, per night.

Handover of keys / Occupancy and return
Check-in at Villa Nautilus is from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm and check-out is possible until 10:00 am.
State of play
An inventory of fixtures will be made between the owner and the tenant at your arrival and departure.
Deposit
For monthly rentals, one month’s rent will be required as a deposit. This amount will be returned to you on the day of your departure.
Cancellation
All cancellation fees and bank charges are to be paid by the client.
– Before 31 days: cancellation without charge.
– From 30 to 8 days before arrival: payment of 50% of the reservation amount.
– From 7 days before arrival: payment of 100% of the reservation.
Insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the villa.
Smoker
Smokers are welcome. However, it is preferable to smoke in ventilated areas such as terraces and gardens.
