The use of the website implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of the swebsite are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at all times. An interruption for technical maintenance may however be decided by, which will then endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

How long your data is stored.

For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username). Site managers can also view and modify this information. We keep your personal information in our database and files for a maximum of 3 years, after which time the information you have sent us will be destroyed.

The rights you have over your data.

Villa Nautilus is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.
